Do your robots come fully assembled and ready to use?

Yes. Most of our robots ship fully assembled and configured. You may only need to adjust mapping parameters or integrate your control system depending on the application. For DIY platforms, we also offer developer support.

Can your systems work in multi-floor or elevator environments?

Yes. Several of our robots (like the GL H2) support smart elevator control and multi-floor navigation with proper integration. Let us know your building specs and we’ll guide the setup.

Do your robots work outdoors?

Most of our robots are designed for indoor use. However, our mapping kits (Aurora, RPLIDAR S3, etc.) support outdoor environments with strong ambient light resistance. Contact us to match the right product to your use case.

Do you offer warranty or after-sales support?

Yes. All products come with a standard warranty (usually 6–12 months depending on the product). We also offer technical support to help troubleshoot setup, connectivity, and usage.
