The Hermes Pro Max is a scalable, cost-effective robotic platform designed to support a wide range of small- to medium-scale robotic applications, including smart patrol, container transportation, hotel and food delivery, and more. As an upgraded version of the Hermes platform, it features enhanced hardware powered by an industrial-grade Intel computer, significantly boosting its processing power and overall performance. Equipped with a 35Ah high-capacity battery and multi-computer obstacle avoidance support, Hermes Pro Max offers advanced capabilities for various commercial scenarios. At the core of its autonomous functions is the built-in SLAMCUBE system, which enables precise localization, navigation, and autonomous path-finding, allowing Hermes to determine its location, destination, and optimal route. To operate effectively in dynamic and unpredictable environments, Hermes employs advanced multi-sensor data fusion technology, integrating lidar, magnetic sensors, depth cameras, and bumper sensors for robust mapping, localization, and adaptive navigation.
Hermes also supports multi-robot collaboration via LAN or cloud platforms, enabling dynamic speed and route adjustments for efficient, safe, and reliable multi-point deliveries, particularly during peak periods. For cross-floor operations, the Smart Elevator Control 3.0 system offers accurate elevator status detection and control, allowing the robot to autonomously navigate elevators. This system can also integrate with other smart devices and third-party apps for customized solutions.
The robot’s smart obstacle avoidance leverages multi-sensor fusion to quickly detect and respond to environmental changes, enhancing safety and minimizing risk. Comprehensive safety features include dual-depth magnetic sensors, bumper sensors, lidar, fall prevention, collision avoidance, and emergency braking. Additionally, Hermes is equipped with autonomous recharging functionality, automatically returning to its charging station when power is low—though this feature is limited to standard configurations and may not apply to certain customized models or those with specific plug-ins like delivery or disinfection modules.
